1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Pairadise handles information when you use the Pairadise application on iPhone or iPad.
2. Information and data
Pairadise does not require an account and does not operate an external server for game content or personal decks. The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
The developer does not receive:
- the photos selected for custom decks;
- voice recordings created inside the app;
- FaceTime audio, video or contact information;
- payment card or banking details; or
- precise location, browsing history or advertising identifiers.
3. Photos and custom image decks
Pairadise lets players choose their own photos to make custom image decks. The Apple system photo picker allows the player to select specific images. Pairadise receives only the images the player selects, not unrestricted access to the entire photo library.
Selected images are copied into Pairadise’s private on-device storage so the deck can be played later and offline. The developer does not upload or remotely access these images.
4. Microphone and custom audio
Pairadise requests microphone permission only when a player chooses to record a sound for a custom deck. Recording begins only after the player takes an explicit action inside the recording screen.
Recordings are stored in Pairadise’s private on-device storage. Pairadise does not record in the background and the developer does not upload or remotely access the recordings. Microphone permission can be changed at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
6. In-App Purchases
Pairadise offers an optional, non-consumable Family Unlock purchase through Apple’s StoreKit and App Store services. Apple processes the payment. Pairadise does not receive payment card or banking information.
The app receives purchase and entitlement information from Apple as necessary to unlock paid features and restore a previous purchase. The developer does not operate a separate purchase server.
7. Children’s privacy
Pairadise is designed for families and includes both Kids and Adults modes. The default experience is Kids mode, while a player can switch to Adults mode.
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Photo selection, audio recording, deck editing and purchase access should be supervised by a parent or guardian where appropriate. Purchase and editing actions include a grown-up hold intended to reduce accidental access by young children.
8. On-device storage and deletion
Custom deck content remains on the device until the player deletes the relevant deck or removes the app. Players can delete custom decks from within Pairadise. Removing Pairadise also removes its locally stored content, subject to any device backups separately managed by the player through Apple.
Because the developer does not receive custom deck content, there is no developer-held copy to retrieve or delete.
9. Apple services
Pairadise uses Apple platform services including StoreKit, FaceTime, SharePlay, the system photo picker and device backup facilities. Use of those services may involve processing by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
For more information, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if Pairadise’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published. Material changes will be described clearly.
11. Support and contact
For privacy questions, support requests or feedback about Pairadise, contact the developer using the email address above.
